Íbúakönnun landshlutanna

Íbúakönnun landshlutanna er á vegum allra landshlutasamtaka á landsbyggðinni, atvinnuþróunarfélaga og Byggðastofnunar. Hún er ætluð öllum íbúum á Íslandi sem náð hafa 18 ára aldri. Markmiðið er að kanna hver staða íbúanna er á vinnumarkaði, mat þeirra á búsetuskilyrðum,  framtíðarvæntingar og almennri líðan – allt til að geta gert gott samfélag enn betra.

Úrvinnsla könnunarinnar verður með sambærilegum hætti og þegar hún var framkvæmd síðast. Hún fer þannig fram að reiknuð verða meðaltöl og miðgildi svaranna eftir landshlutum og stundum lýðfræðilegum hópum. Stundum er gerð aðhvarfsgreining. Ekki verða birtar upplýsingar sem rekja má til einstaklinga, í samræmi við lög nr. 90/2018 um persónuvernd og meðferð persónuupplýsinga.

Þá getur verið gagnlegt að nota viðbótarupplýsingar annars staðar frá til að fá greinilegri niðurstöður. Aldrei verða birtar aðrar en heildarniðurstöður þeirra hópa sem greinast þar.

Svör og niðurstöður könnunarinnar verða nýtt af öllum landshlutasamtökum, atvinnuþróunarfélögum og Byggðastofnun. Athygli skal vakin á því að jafnvel þó ekki sé verið að safna persónueinkennum (kennitölum eða ip-tölum) þá kann að vera hægt vegna tilviljana, þó litlar líkur séu á, að rekja stöku svar til þátttakanda ef borin eru saman svör tveggja eða fleiri spurninga t.d. ef aðili er eini verkfræðingurinn í viðkomandi sveitarfélagi. Slíkt verður þó aldrei nýtt á nokkurn hátt eða birt í neinni úrvinnslu á könnuninni.

The regional residential survey is conducted under the auspices of all regional associations outside the capital area, business development agencies and the Icelandic Regional Development Institute. The survey is intended for all residents who have reached the age of 18. The aim of the survey is to explore the situation of residents on the labour market, their assessment of residential conditions, future expectations and general well-being – all for the purpose of making a good community even better.

The survey is voluntary and you are neither obliged to respond to the survey as a whole nor in part.

The processing of the survey will be similar to the manner in which it was last conducted. It is implemented by calculating the averages of responses according to regions and, in some cases, demographic groups. Under certain circumstances a regression analysis is conducted. In accordance with Act No. 90/2018 on Data Protection and the Processing of Personal Data, no information will be published which can be traced to individuals.

It may also be helpful to use additional information obtained elsewhere in order to improve the clarity of conclusions. Only overall conclusions will be published in relation to groups analysed under those circumstances.

The responses and conclusions from the survey will be used by all regional associations, business development agencies and the Icelandic Regional Development Institute. It should be noted that even though personal identification markers are not being collected (ID numbers or ip-addresses) it may be possible, by coincidence, albeit an unlikely eventuality, to trace an occasional answer to a participant, in the event that the answers to two or more questions are compared, for example if a participant is the only civil engineer in the municipality in question. Such occurrences, however, will never be utilised in any manner nor published in any form of processing of survey data.

Badanie opinii publicznej w poszczególnych regionach na Islandii jest organizowane wspólnie przez wszystkie organizacje regionalne poza okręgiem stołecznym, organizacje ds. rozwoju na rynku pracy oraz Islandzki Instytut Rozwoju Regionalnego. Badanie, w formie ankiety, skierowane jest do wszystkich mieszkańców, którzy ukończyli 18 lat. Celem ankiety jest zbadanie sytuacji mieszkańców na rynku pracy, ich opinii dot. warunków zamieszkania, ich oczekiwań przyszłościowych oraz ich ogólnego samopoczucia – wszystko po to, aby uczynić dobre społeczeństwo jeszcze lepszym.

Udział w ankiecie jest dobrowolny i nie są Państwo w żadnym wypadku zobowiązani do udzielenia odpowiedzi na pytania w niej zawarte, ani w całości, ani częściowo.

Analiza danych zawartych w ankiecie odbędzie się w podobny sposób jak było to wykonane podczas ostatniego jej przeprowadzania. Analiza polegać będzie na obliczeniu średnich z udzielonych odpowiedzi biorąc pod uwagę poszczególne regiony, a czasem także grupy demograficzne. Czasami używana będzie analiza regresji. Nie zostaną upublicznione informacje, które mogłyby posłużyć do zidentyfikowania poszczególnych osób fizycznych, zgodnie z prawem nr. 90/2018 o ochronie i przetwarzaniu danych osobowych.

Aby uściślić wnioski z przeprowadzanej ankiety może okazać się pomocne użycie dodatkowych informacji z innych źródeł. Natomiast nigdy nie zostaną upublicznione inne informacje niż te, które dotyczą całych grup osób biorących udział w ankiecie.

Odpowiedzi Państwa oraz wnioski wynikające z ankiety będą użyte przez wszystkie organizacje regionalne, organizacje ds. rozwoju rynku pracy oraz Islandzki Instytut Rozwoju Regionalnego. Należy zaznaczyć, że pomimo tego, iż nie będą gromadzone dane osobowe poszczególnych uczestników (takie jak numery identyfikacyjne lub adresy komputerowe IP), to przypadkowo może zaistnieć możliwość – chociaż jest to mało prawdopodobne - zidentyfikowania osoby fizycznej w przypadku porównywania dwóch lub więcej odpowiedzi gdy np. w danym okręgu będzie to jedyny pracujący inżynier. W takim przypadku zapewniamy, że nie zostanie to ani użyte ani w żaden sposób upublicznione w podsumowaniu ankiety.
